Machines with PLC devices are connected to our software platform with OPC servers. This allows us to send command to and get data from the PLC systems and monitor all machines on the field.

Altis Teknoloji uses most advanced industrial components like TiaPortal and RabbitMQ in order to integrate its own automation software solution with PLC devices. Today, an Altis Teknoloji customer can start manufacturing in a factory just by pressing a button in his/her ERP screen from hundreds of kilometers away. Besides, during and after the manufacturing of current work order, ERP system can see all data tags of PLCs and machines. These tags can contain really precious data such as number of hours worked, amount of materials used, amount of product manufactured, total power consumption belong to work order and even the number bags produced.
